a2CIRCLE is not responsible for custom delays, duties or taxes on international shipments.

Please ensure that the shipping address has been accurately entered when checking out. Order shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded but can be reshipped at the expense of the customer.

In the rare case that the package is lost, stolen, delayed or damaged in transit, we will do everything we can help but will not responsible for these circumstances. Once the packages were handover to the postal carrier, we are no longer liable for them. If you would like additional insurance for your package, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange it for you.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Make sure you select the correct location to view the market pricing and shipping costs. This means that the prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. When your order arrives at Customs, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs and local sales taxes. 

We will exchange or refund the non-sale or unused items if they are retuned to us by traceable mail and at the expense of the customer, within 7 days of receiving the order.  Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of a2CIRCLE and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Items must be returned to us unused with all a2CIRCLE tags and labels still attached (if applicable). Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you:
All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the a2CIRCLE tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

Jewelry: These exquisite pieces must be returned to us unworn with the presentation box, protective packaging and any a2CIRCLE cards or tags included.

In any case of repeated returns, we do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your a2CIRCLE account or future orders being refused.
